Our Team

At the heart of the Australian Generosity Foundation is a dedicated leadership team united by a shared vision: to inspire, steward, and multiply generosity across Australia and beyond. Drawing on diverse expertise in philanthropy, business, and community development, they lead with integrity, wisdom, and a deep commitment to lasting impact. Together, they guide the Foundation’s mission to connect resources with purpose, fostering a culture where generosity transforms lives. 

Andrew Tyndale

Board Chairman

Andrew serves as the Chief Investment and Assets Officer at Wesley Mission, bringing nearly four decades of investment banking expertise to drive wholesale capital into the social sector—particularly in areas like affordable housing and aged care. 

 

He also provides strategic advice to foundations on impact investing and works with governments to leverage private sector funding for improved social outcomes. In recognition of his contributions, Andrew was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2014. 

Kelsie Bailey

Board Member

Dr, Kelsie Bailey is an ethnographic researcher specialising in the governance and social outcomes of emerging digital technologies. She is a Research Fellow at RMIT University’s Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society in Melbourne, where her work examines accountability, resilience, and security in decentralised digital infrastructure, including blockchain and artificial intelligence.

 

Kelsie is committed to supporting innovative models of generosity that strengthen transparency, accountability, and participation. Through her work on digital governance and emerging technologies, she brings a strong interest in how technology and governance frameworks can enable more transparent and effective philanthropic infrastructure and ecosystems. She has previously held not-for-profit board roles and currently serves as an Advisor to The Apostles Fund.

Paul Bolte

Board Member

Paul Bolte brings decades of leadership experience in entrepreneurship, strategic operations, and global philanthropy to the Australian Generosity Foundation. As Executive Vice President of the TrustBridge Global Foundation, Paul plays a pivotal role in advancing cross-border generosity and enabling donors to support causes worldwide with confidence and efficiency.

 

His career has been defined by building high-performing teams, scaling complex networks, and fostering innovation in financial and operational systems. Paul’s strengths in networking, systems thinking, and people management make him a valuable contributor to the Foundation’s mission of cultivating a culture of generosity across Australia.
